  Terrible. Absolutely terrible. I’ve waited close to two months for my husbands wedding ring and never received it. I went in Monday to ask for a full refund and was guaranteed to receive it within 2-3 business days. I’m so disappointed and dissatisfied with how this company has handled everything. Aside from not receiving my ring the staff was uninformed and clearly clueless as to what was going on. One day it’s this the next day it’s that and I’m absolutely fed up with it. I never recieved the tracking number I was supposed to get a call back on or the case number. They don’t call back when they say they will and when I’ve called they’ve either hung up on me or not answered. I’ve been well mannered and polite up until now and I refuse to loose the money I paid for a ring I never receive. Not only will I never get the time back but my husband has waited close to two months for a birthday present that he was supposed to open on his birthday. I shopped here thinking it was a well known well trusted store but I was horribly wrong. They “guaranteed” 7-10 business day shipping. That was a lie. Never ever shopping here again. I could have taken my business next door to Kay’s or even jewelry store down stairs. UPDATE!!! Still terrible experience. I still haven’t been refunded my money back. Now both “methods” they’ve tried to refund my money were flunks. And they kept insisting on giving me a gift card. NO. I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOT A GIFT CARD FOR A PLACE I DONT PLAN ON EVER SHOPPING AGAIN. Not only has this been handled terribly but their lack of appreciation for their customers is absurd. Now to wait and pray for another week to see if I finally recieve the refund.
