  Good customer service. The manager is actively helping people. I had two items that didn't get bagged and all I did was take my receipt back and they gave those items to me.

  I've been shopping at this particular Winn-Dixie for years, seen the store expand and add new features & products that are helpful to the modern lifestyle. I usually find some good sales and I very much like the quality of the store brands. Winn-Dixie is part of the Plenti program, where you can earn points by shopping in one partner company, and use them at another. Restaurants, gas and department stores! The store doesn't staff as well as Publix, and often doesn't have enough lanes open for checkout. But I appreciate that this is a homegrown company and I like to support local businesses. :)
