  Service is good i have been there many times. Few representative are doing awesome job, Store Managers is good there also. but i had a bad experience with one representative there; She messed up with my account and plan; which i was using continuously from last 3 Years. I had requested her just to remove one of plan which i have added temporarily purpose. But by mistake or accidentally, the representative removed all of the features from my account. I am following up constantly to fix my account and to restore everything that i had before. But no resolution Yet. This experience is really horrible and wasting lot of time and hassle to followup and everything.

  I had a problem with my account and been to two other stores that gave me the run around. Lisa and Hussein helped me out in half the time as the other stores. They are highly knowledgeable and very professional, genuinely care about your well-being. Keep up the good work. Thank you and Bravo Zulu!
