  Had an interesting issue regarding my phone insurance and new connection. The staff were excellent in handling it while dealing with flood of customers. Very nice and knowledgeable staff who restored my trust.

  I can't say enough about this store. At the end of the day its about the outcome. This staff jumped through hoops and bent over backwards to make my experience the best it could possibly be. Please go see Wasay (store manager) and Steve, the store associate who helped us. He was very knowledgeable with product and plans. Happy to be back with T-Mobile because of this crew right here.
