  At&t is the worst service ever! I really wish I didn't have to give a star at all.... Apparently I live in a dead zone that is well known to At&t agents except for the one I had. My phone only works on wifi calling and when I'm not around wifi my phone says emergency call only or no network...I switched from Verizon so i can save money I've had nothing but aggeration ever since I switched..everyone I talk to whether it's the store I got service from or call customer service they all say I should have been told my address is a dead zone yet they wont release me without paying for my devices in full. I wait for that day. I will go back to Verizon and never leave Again.yes it was costly but you get what you pay for. As for my sales agent I hope karma hits you right in the face and I hope one day your conscience will be worth more than your commission . Shame on you!
