  I went to this store to get a new phone because my old phone died. I had insurance so I got a new phone through Asurion, however I couldn't return my old phone because of stored passwords that I didn't want to get into the wrong hands. I met with Alexis and she was able to help me so that I didn't have to buy out my phone and get a new one. She basically saved me $265. She could've been a salesman and not offered any help, but instead she helped saved me money. I appreciate her knowledge and would highly recommend this store. This was my second time going to this store and the staff has always been friendly and helpful.
