He told me about some printers that were there and asked me if i wanted one in particular and then told me to wait a second. When he came back he gave me a $200 printer for $60!!! I didn't even ask for it either. It was incredible. I have never experienced anything like that. If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars I would. That was exceptional customer service. Thank you Gary and thank you Staples.
