  I live in Town Center so I clearly spend a lot of time/money in the shops here. I went into Sephora, intending on spending hundreds of dollars, as I hadn't bought any new makeup in a while. It wasn't a busy day as it was storming and I had the worst customer service ever. I walked around the entire store, and no one asked me if I needed help. Finally I found a girl to color match me, and she acted like I was a burden. SHE LITERALLY TOLD ME SHE WAS NOT ALLOWED TO HELP ME, THAT I NEEDED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. Also, she talked down to me, like I didn't know anything about makeup. I was so turned off that I almost just got up out of her chair and walked away but I let her finish. I then approached a manager and told her that this girl told me she had to stand on the floor, she couldn't assist me. The manager did apologize and offer me another associate but why would you turn away a paying customer? I would have literally bought everything she offered to me and she acted like I wasn't worth her time. Go to Ulta where the girls are at least friendly.
