  Great experience. Floor manager Larry and his staff were extremely helpful. Picked up a new washer machine, staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Manager Larry introduced himself towards the end of the sale and ensured we were satisfied with the service we received. I recommend this store to anyone looking for appliances. I will definitely be a return customer. Thanks

  Quite disappointed with the service we received couple of weeks ago. The reason I am giving three starts is because the first time we visited this store a year ago, we had a GREAT experience. This time around, we went in to purchase a fridge, walked around for good 20 minutes, not one person came over to greet us or ask if they could assist. I walked around the store for another 10 minutes trying to get someone's attention and finally got an older gentleman(don't remember his name) to stop for a second a listen to me. I had few questions but he just kept trying to walk away from me. I look very young for my age and I feel like that, along with the fact that I am a female, made him feel like I should not be taken seriously. He walked away without offering any assistance and I went back to looking for a fridge by myself. Finally picked out the one I wanted, took the tag off of it and walked up to the register to check out. Again, got ignored for good 5 minutes until I demanded attention from one of the employees. Once I told them I was ready to check out, the mood changed and the lady all of a sudden had all of the time in the world, to talk and try and sell me the warranty package. Did not want or need the package, just wanted to check out. They were so unorganized, she rang up and deleted my transaction like 3 times, every time needing "override" from a manager(a very rude older lady). After couple of hours of this we finally walked out with a receipt and a scheduled delivery date/time. Hoping that the delivery process will be less stressful. They have decent prices on some items(we found a great deal on a fridge that had no damage on it) but the service and management could really use some work.

  The managers, Larry and Ana, and their sales tream were incredibly professional, patient and helpful. My husband and I walked in tonight to buy a dryer and we walked out buying all GE appliances: clothes washer, clothes dryer, refrigerator and over the range microwave. The staff patiently answered our questions and waited as we flipped-flopped on our picks to purchase. We asked and received a measuring tape to check refrigerator dimensions. We are thrilled to have everything we need for our house and pick it up in one store. I would definitely recommend friends and family go to this store and nowhere else.
