  Very quick, very friendly cashiers and other store workers. Pleasant place to shop. In and out quickly if need be, but you can get a lot of shopping done in one trip, too.

  Slow checkout service and sullen operators. And the store is always cold. It's more like grocery shopping in a prison than in a supermarket. I was at least five minutes, maybe more, waiting in line unnecessarily while the person ahead of me cashed in thousands of coupons. All Publix stores seem to have huge numbers of outages of products. It's a rare trip when I get everything on my list.
