  Publix is my favorite grocery store and I've been in many. This one leaves a little something to be desired. It's the closest to me, so I shop here a lot. The store itself is fine. It's the employees I have a problem with. At first, I thought maybe some of them were having a bad day, but then my husband came home and said how rude one of the deli employees was. She really didn't feel like waiting on him at all and made it very obvious. I'm really surprised because Publix usually has such friendly and helpful employees. I'm sure they're not all bad, but a few are a few too many. I was in line behind a woman once and she had all her items on the belt. At the end, the checker told her she missed a can of cat food. She seemed embarrassed and put it up with her other items. After she was done and left, he says (out loud for all to hear), to the checker behind me, "She knew it was there. She was just trying to steal it"! Hopefully they can figure out who these employees are and replace them soon. UPDATE*** Since I left this review, things have changed at this Publix. I shop here weekly and have no issues with rude employees any longer.
