  Absolutely awesome jewelry business! I have been using the Pickett brothers for a year and a half now, they are the friendliest bunch of people I have ever met. They will work with you to get the item you want. I was deployed and had a ring made to propose to my fiancé with and i ended up wanting something different at the last minute. I told them my problem and they made my problems disappear. I won’t shop anywhere else in Jacksonville besides them. Stop by and experience their wonderful business yourself! (You won’t be disappointed) thank you again to Len , Tom and the whole gang.

  Just left there after having gone for my first time based on the reviews here. I needed two watch batteries replaced and a ring resized. Cindy was awesome, very friendly and made everything so easy, she even did the batteries for me then and there. And it was much less expensive than I expected! I HIGHLY recommend them, Amy was there also and she is super friendly and helpful too. When the time comes for me to get my wedding rings they'll be my first stop.
