  Went to do an exchange and manager Winnie didn't know how to do an over ride. She wanted me to go back home and bring everything that I purchased on the receipt so she can properly make an even exchange. I was exchanging 16 oz cups for a different style 16 oz cups Both are priced $7.99 which I had bought with mix & match buy one get one and she couldn't figure out how to evenly exchange it, all she could of done was over ride it. How Didnahe get a manager position when she can't figure out simple things like this. Party city has had many but one get one promotions therefore she should be able to handle returns/exchanges like this.
