  Had such an amazing experience with the staff at this Party City. Emmalee was so helpful and patient and friendly with me when trying to choose a Halloween costume. Even with all the chaos going on in the store! Will definitely be returning.

  The staff was incredibly rude. A cashier opened a new resister and skipped me. When I pointed out what happened, he claimed not to have seen me. I'm 5'6" and was wearing a bright tie dye shirt (not invisible). The associates in this store did not make me feel like they appreciated my business. I will order from Amazon in the future.
