  Charlotte came to my house and did a wonderful job with my two dogs. A mobile spa is perfect. My pups came back in the house looking and smelling great. Keep up the wonderful work! Will definitely use again.

  So disappointed.. Loved how quick and close to home this groomer was but will not be returning because an appointment Ive had scheduled for a week now was canceled 20 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment. I was told not a single groomer there felt comfortable grooming my dog because of his "aggression".. my dog is 11 pounds soaking wet and has all his teeth removed except 5 due to dental complications.... I dont understand how an establishment like this can function with ONLY ONE experienced groomer that is only available to groom my dog on saturdays. although my schedule doesnt allow saturdays for grooming I wouldnt bring him there if I had nothing to do at all because of the unprofessional-ism of cancelling a week old appointment 20 minutes prior and giving me one available appointment date that is not accommodating at all..
