Reviews about OMEGA Boutique - St. John's Town Center

This is the best OMEGA Boutique I’ve ever been to truly reflecting the OMEGA brand. Right from the time you walk into the Boutique you will be greeted with friendly associates who make you feel home with family. Every associate have extensive knowledge of every watch providing excellent customer service. I bought two OMEGAs from this Boutique and this is the only Boutique I will purchase again.

Three years ago I brought my watch to this Omega shop for battery replacement. They said the watch needed to be sent to a location in New Jersey to have this done. A week later they told me that the watch actually needed to be sent to Switzerland and would cost 600 dollars or more for the battery replacement. This price is outrageous so I did some local research and found a very nice jeweler that replaced my battery at a very sensible price. Last summer I noticed that the battery was beginning to slow down so I returned to this Omega shop hoping this time they would be able to take care of it. They took the watch and then got back to me saying that it was "not working" and had to be sent to Switzerland. The watch had been working PERFECTLY FINE until they took it so this didn't make any sense. I took the watch back to the jeweler that had replaced my battery 3 years ago. When they opened it up they noticed that one of the coils had been broken! The Omega shop had broken my watch! I went back to the Omega store and told them about the damage they had caused. To this day they absolutely deny and refuse to compensate me for it. Do not bring your Omega watch into this shop for repair or maintenance. They don't know what they are doing and are dishonest.
