  Our experience with Moments in Time is they took pictures for my daughters wedding in November 2010. It did take my daughter some time to pay, which I did not find out about until after the fact. Once I found out I made sure the payment was made in February 2012. Had the owner contacted me I would have paid the bill, I actually tried to write her a check when she first came to my home and we placed the order for her to photograph the wedding. The owner Susan Gonzalez told me no I'll work it out with your daughter we have known each other a very long time and I'm giving her a special pricing. I'm not sure there was any special pricing, because my daughter was too embrassed when she finally got the bill from Susan to ask me for the money. Instead she asked Susan to wait till she got her tax refund. Again had I known this I would have gladly paid the bill. Once I found out about the non payment I corrected the situation immediately. The bill was paid in February 2012, all pictures were chosen by all members of the family and the final order was placed in June 2012. At that time Susan was happy with my daughter told her there was no problem she would have everything for us in six weeks. Here we are in February 2013 and Susan is refusing to answer our calls. She has lied to me several times when I called from different numbers or had all of my friends and family from all over the world call her offices and request that she contact our family to provide the wedding pictures. She actually called me and said she had been in the hospital and was angry and upset with me. This is no way to run a business. She's a terrible business woman. Do not have her or any of her staff shoot pictures for you.
