    Service is subpar. Employees seem distracted, a bit arrogant, and more interested in chit-chatting with each other than paying customers. They feign interest now & then when they realize you may spend a lot, which I did, but it's weak and unconvincing. I was recently in another Microsoft store in CA and the service was far better than in the Jax, FL location. Were it not for the fact this is the only Microsoft Store anywhere in the N. FL / S. GA area, I'd go somewhere else.

    Bought a Surface Pro 4 i5 4GB RAM off amazon and loved the computer. There was a vertical sliver in middle of screen that wasn't responding to touch or the surface pen. I took it in and Brian helped me from the beggining. I only had 1 more day left of warranty but he didn't hesitate at all to get me a new laptop. They didn't have the i5 in stock so Brian upgraded me with a faster processor and more memory to i7 16GB RAM. Before leaving they made sure my new computer was free of any issues. Unbelievable customer service. This is actually my first review but I felt that they deserved it. Thank you Microsoft @ St. Johns Town Center!!

    I recently purchased a laptop from the towncenter location. The staff were helpful and weren't pushy at all. I applied for financing and was approved on the spot which was nice. I proceeded to purchase an Asus Scar edition laptop. I brought the laptop home and began setting it up when it started to go into a boot loop. I was able to exchange the laptop with no questions asked. This is what I call good service. I would go back there anytime for a laptop but i don't see myself needing to anytime soon.
