  I went to pick up my tailored suit for a wedding I was in. I waited 20 minutes for them to look for it just to tell me they lost it. They refitted me then and made me sit and wait another 30 minutes for it to be altered in the back. The least they could've done was pressed the suit for the inconvenience. When I pulled everything out at home, it was so wrinkled, looked like they slept in it and the dry cleaners were closing early for the holiday so I had to settle with ironing it. The manager also doesn't like to return calls when her customers are not satisfied so I'll have the bank handle it.
