  Got there 45 minutes before closing time. All I wanted is a replacement light bulb with an intermediate base. After trying to find it myself I look for help. All I could find was a cashier and she tried to call the person from electrical to no avail. Finally some other area employee tried his best to help but he was as useless as I was. I asked him where cthe guy that work in this area could be and he told me that it was too close to closing. What?! So if you go shopping 45 min to close don’t expect any help?! I wasted 30 min of my time at this point I proceeded to customer service and demanded a manager. The lady calmed me down and walked me over to the actual employee that was not hearing the calls for service. Then he walked me to the light bulbs and handed me the wrong one. I had to point out to him that the base was a different size. Told me they are switching suppliers and basically out of all kinds of inventory. Then advised me to go to Ace Hardware. I realize that this is completely a first world problem but just thought I’d share my experience at our local Lowe’s. Somehow I expected more. :(
