  I came to buy a new shower head. I found a Delta system for $79.00 but no product on shelf. I went to look for assistant. No staff around to help. Other staff on phone or helping customer with complaint. I then found a sink I liked With cabinetry but, again, no one to ask about it. I was also there to get an idea on door and garage door installation but salesman wasn’t getting that I meant 15 garage doors for our condo. I got some keys made for $5.00 and left. I stood at key making desk for 5 minutes when I finally had to ask a lady across from key deck if she could help me. She was nice and made the keys. Disappointed as I am usually a Home Depot customer. Loews had a chance to win me over and blew it.

  I manage several hundred rental homes and spent $26,542 at lowes in the last 10 months on appliances for rehab homes. Their appliance department is a joke. I spend a lot here and I cant get good service. Their delivery team "forgot" to pick up an appliance at a delivery and then took 32 days of constant calling and emailing to get their team out there to pick up what I paid for. Finally they get there after being hounded for a month and dont pick it up again! Why you ask??? Larry: "well we couldnt take it today because it had bugs..." Me: "why do you think there are bugs?? Maybe because you left it in a vacant house for a month!!!" Walter tries to be helpful, but the appliance department is a waste of time. Take your money down the street, thats what I am doing!
