Also, when you get a quote, please ask for the detailed work up to make sure everything you want and expect is clearly marked and quoted. This was our first time doing a renovation and due to Hurricane Irma and we did not get the detailed quote and we missed out on our back splash in the kitchen. Lesson learned and we will go with a different alternative than pay them an additional price to fabricate the back splash.
