We had a certain budget in mind and they kept strictly to it, they didn't try to sell us something more expensive, and didn't have a condescending attitude for the cheap special ordered rings. They were excited for us and even resized the rings for us twice for free till it fit just right, and gave us free engraving. I will always recommend Julie's for anyone who needs a ring or whatever service they offer. Thank you for making ring shopping stress free
