Todd was very helpful in showing me exactly what I wanted. There was no up sell, harassing, or pressure sales. He even went out of his way to give me the best deal for me that I did not even know about. Unfortunately I realized I had bought the wrong dress shirt fit. I went back in 3 days later and the exchange for the right fit was quick and painless!
