  Highly disappointed with customer service. I have had roughly 10-15 pairs of Johnston & Murphy dress shoes and I have to say they have some of the best looking dress shoes and pretty comfortable for the style. I've tried on Echos, Colehan and Rockports those brands are much more comfortable and have a warranty however my opinion is the J&M are the best looking. I work in sales so I'm on my feet a lot, over the course of four years I have worn Johnston shoes and I have to replace them every three to four months. Usually at the three month mark my feet get wet just walking through a parking lot after it's rained. Every single pair I've had the soles separate on the sides where the leather meets. I've yet to have a pair that have not done that. The tabors have been the worse as far as holding up. I'm on my second pair of the Larsey's after the second day wearing them I notice the soles are separating. I've called the customer service in the past and didn't try much to help then and called again today and sad to say they didn't seem to care much to help resolve the issue. It disappoints me badly to have to go to different brand of shoe which I told the customer service rep that this is bad issue and I love Johnston and Murphy but I will not continue to give them my business if we can't resolve this. He did not seem to put much effort into helping with this issue. I had proof of purchase from 6/2/17. I assume Johnston & Murphy is such a big company they don't care about losing business.
