  It was a busy Sunday afternoon, I went to the store to pick up items I ordered online. Since I ordered just two hours before it was not ready yet when I arrived store but I need it urgently I asked associates for help. Leah the lady works at the home section has been extremely helpful. She was very patient. Getting to know that my ordered has not been fulfilled she did it on the spot for me. Thank you Leah you made customer service rock!

  Did I have an awesome experience! I never go with the "master" stylists as the price is sooo much more for the same work. Now, I only get a haircut so up to you but the "beginners" are much more careful. I used a newer hairstylist named Kelsey. She is the first person I EVER allowed to cut layers into my hair in 7 years! I absolutely loved her and cannot wait to go back. My hair looks amazing and again, I usually get a trim - a straight trim. She talked to me for about 5 minutes to see what I wanted and nailed it. CANNOT WAIT TO GO BACK. Kelsey is the only one I want to cut my hair now :)
