  Very upset. My sins farther for him aJensport back pack. However, it was Not the one with the computer sleeve. So, I merely went in to Exchange and Pay the Difference between the two. Although they could Tell it was ABSOLUTELY BRAND NEW WITH THE TAGS, they wanted to only give a $4.95 credit toward the Exchange for a $65.00 backpack!!!! I'm livid. I have Never had this type of issue before. Normally, they give the Sale equivalent, which I would have been and Ready to Pay the Difference in cost for the exchanged item. But to Rip off the customer and give Less than a 10% credit for an item that is part of their Normal line and NEVER DISCONTINUED, is Absurd. I'll be filing a CORPORATE Complaint tomorrow first thing.
