  I happened upon Gator carpeting when I was looking to replace carpeting in one of my rental units. I had always been a customer of a competitor of theirs, but decided to check Gator's prices and choice of carpeting before buying elsewhere. My experience with the whole process was top notch! Shane was very professional and on top of the whole process, keeping me abreast of everything. I was unable to be at the property the day of the installation and I received a call from the installer telling me that he came across a defect in the carpet. He suggested I call Shane to arrange for a different carpet to be installed. Without skipping a beat, Shane chose a better grade carpet and by the next day the installation was complete. Upon my arrival to view the property the following day, I was so happy to see that not only had they taken the time to vacuum the whole unit, but they cut a piece of carpeting in a designed shape for people to wipe their feet on upon entering the unit. I loved the carpet that Shane chose to exchange my original choice with. I was so pleased with the entire experience with Gator Carpet that I will be recommending them to anyone looking for flooring.
