  When I went to make a purchase and first walked into the door no one was at the register and there was a customer patiently waiting but also seems very agitated. I was able to grab what I needed and make it to the register before anyone came to check us out. After waiting a few mins a young lady by the name of Kara or Karla came. But she rudely checked out a customer who was at another register by grabbing her items and moving her to the open register without acknowledging us and rung the other lady's items up. The customer in front of me did not say anything just continued to wait until she was checked out. During her transaction the worker was very rude with an attitude and ruffly handle the lady items. While still bagging her things she rudely told her if she paying with a card she can go ahead and swipe. The lady told her she wanted to pay a certain amount on one card and the rest on another. The worker began huffing and puffing and continued to throw the lady stuff in bags. Once she left and it was my turn she continues to have an attitude and I suggested if she was having a bad day she may need to take some time off to calm down and that she never knows who her customers are and the power they may have over her. She began to become very irate with me so I told her to have a nice day and left. When I left I called the store to speak with a manager. She said thank you for letting her know but even her demeanor was very nonchalant about what transpired. I personally have and still work in the customer service industry and understand the importance of building customer rapport. I did not feel welcomed in the store and was not acknowledged in a kind manner my entire visit.
