  This place is awful I went to exchange something and I'm just walking in and the manager saying u have to leave bag here ok yeah I know let me walk in the store first . Then I go to the register and she charges me when she clearly knows I was exchanging then she give me attitude bc she has to take it off the register then some little boy rang a bell and she yelled at him and said that register is not open even tho his a little kid and don't know better and oh did I mention she was poping her gum in a rude way .never coming back here again .

  I wouldn't go into another Family dollar. Rude service and unorganized. They hire people who dnt give a dam about they job. If you dnt like working around people. Please find another job. That's why business go down because of the people who work there. Then the same people go to other company. Do the same thing when they get fired. Every time l go to a one of these stores. The service is awful, associates and management. So I will not give my hard working $ to this company. I will take it to some place else. Where the service is not rude and ignorant. Because u make a complaint. Do no good,they get fired. But hire the same kind of people.

  Been there twice, the only issue I have is with the help. There were 3 associates I interacted with who clearly didn't like their job, rude in a retail professional way. Customers were more friendly than the workers. Product variety was decent, and it's around the corner ago handy in a pinch.
