  If this was not the best retail experience we've ever had it's definitely in the top three !! My wife and I bought a new diamond for our 38th anniversary from another store before we heard of The Engagement Ring Studio. Saying the experience was a nightmare is putting it lightly ! The diamond fell out of it's setting on the second day after we got it and by some miracle we found it on the floor where we were at. We fought with the international store for 4 months insisting on a complete refund before we got it. During that four months we looked on Google and found Corinne. This was a learning experience of what a retail store should be like. Corinne took the time to explain and show us what to look for, questions to ask and how to compare diamonds. It was truly a learning experience that helped us thru our ordeal. We went back to Corinne after we settled with the first store and she helped us find the perfect diamond for my wife that we put in her original ring. We also had her refurbish all our original rings/bands and they look like new. It was a pleasure dealing with someone who genuinely looks out after her customers, treats them with respect and goes out of her way to make sure they are satisfied. It was also very nice that you schedule and appointment with her, and during the appointment you are the only ones in the store and have her undivided attention. Needless to say, this is the only place we will ever go in the future. Thank you Corinne and Erika !!!!

  Corrine and the Studio provided us with more than a beautiful ring. The experience and care they provided made me feel right at home while selecting the perfect ring for the love of my life.
