  HORRIBLE customer service. My husband ordered a surprise for my birthday and it was never delivered. When he called to inquire about a refund, he was spoken to in a negative tone nor was he able to speak to a manager. He was told the manager would be in but they didn't know when. NEVER BUYING from them again! I would leave a negative star if I could.

  If I could give them zero stars, I would. My product was not delievered, and they didn’t have the decency to give me call to let me know. They successfully ruined my Valentine’s Day surprise.

  This company overall is good this location sucks. Order online , order got sent to there store. I live on the north side. I called trying to be helpful, ask them to transfer order to store near me... They sent half my order. Called, they explain what happen, tell me I can get the rest of my order. Get there they make me wait an additional 1hr and 30 mins to only give me yet still half of what I was suppose to pick up. No customer service alot of people walking around but ain't no work getting done...I want someone to contact me or I'm going to the BBB

  Never delivered order or bothered to call to explain why. Had to go through ten minutes of automated stuff, to get in touch with the actual franchise to get a refund. If you need something delivered within a 3 day time avoid at all costs.
