  The two stars are for the actual store. Always full on stock, nice variety, clean. The pharmacy however is abysmal. I'll call for a quick question and they'll put me on hold for over 20 minutes every single time. In person is just as bad -- I've often waited over an hour for prescriptions they'd say would be ready in 10 minutes. I've never seen less than 4-5 people working back there either so it doesn't seem to be under staffed... just inefficient. Not very customer-service oriented. Thumbs down.
