  This is not the pharmacy to go pu RX especially when you are Sick...The Pharmacy Tech was working with a elderly lady which required a lot of time because she had Medicare Part B. The waiting customers were not acknowledge as the wait time or apologies for the long WAIT. I finally spoke up to ask how long it would be before I am waited on or do they have additional help to assist. Resume to speak about customer service and the other pharmacy tech stated in a rude manner well I was on the phone, talking at the customer's. So unprofessional. While in the lobby conversated with another patient, Sharonda and another pharmacy tech was snickering snickering stating are you listening to the conversation. At this time still was not acknowledge for the wait. Finally someone else came to assist. She did apologize for the wait. The name of the pharmacy representative was Sharonda. I will not be attending this particular pharmacy again.

  The pharmacy is a mess. I needed some medicine. There was no directions on the script. I had to go to the pharmacy and the pharmacist is telling me she don't know how long it will be before she can call the hospital to speak to a physician for directions. While i am in horrible pain. I have been waiting since 5pm it is now 8pm and still nothing. They suck really hard. I wish i didn't have to use this location.

  EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME TO PICKUP RX'S, THERE'S A WAIT, A MILE LONG! 4 CARS IN DRIVE THRU, GEESH, WHY CAN'T PEOPLE GET WHAT THE NEED IN A TIMELY MANNER? WHAT IS THE HOLD UP WITH THEIR SYSTEM, 6 PEOPLE ON STAFF, ALWAYS A LINE INSIDE AND OUT.
