  Called to ask about getting a pci-e card for my desktop. The woman answered the phone asking "who is this?". And I responded with "is this computers-r-us?" She responded "yes". Well now? That's not how you answer a phone for a business and I used to be in the industry. I'll take my business elsewhere. I got a call back from the business and they proceeded to say who they were and I told them I don't want to use their services and the guy hung up on me.
