  Called on Tuesday to schedule for a plumber to come out and assess my plumbing issues; provide an estimate, possibly run a camera. Was scheduled for Thursday between 10-12. The window passed so I called 3 times throughout the remainder of the day and left a voicemail. Nobody answered the phone or called back. Followed up the next morning. Dana advised my appointment was cancelled; asked if I cancelled. No, I did not cancel the appointment. She then stated she can send someone out the following Tuesday. No apologies or sense of urgency. Not good customer service, at all.
