    I would NOT recommend you purchase your cabinets from Cabinets To Go. I purchased and already paid for the Kensington Mist Grey cabinets. The microwave/oven combo cabinet panel came with a nice deep scrape in the side panel, the camlocks were not properly aligned and therefore I had to use metal braces to hold the side and back panels together. After the contactors installed the 4 base cabinets next to the wall microwave/oven combo unit, it is clear to see that they are drastically different shades of color. I reached out to cabinets to go the first time and they shipped me 4 new face frames and one was damaged coming straight out of the box. They too are different colors and they even sent a white face frame that didn't belong to my style of cabinets. I have been waiting for weeks for the 2nd set of face frames to come in and as of today, I still haven't received them. I have already moved into my home. I have no countertops in because I need to replace the face frames before the countertop installation. That also means that I do NOT have my appliances in. I have a cooktop which means that I can't install it until I get my new countertops installed. I can't install the countertop because I need the face frames to come in. I have received $350 in credit for the problem. They said they were giving crown molding too. I haven't seen that either. I went back to the sales office in Jacksonville, Florida to let the sales guy know and he said to submit a claim with support. We told him about the gash in the wood and some other scrapes. I put in an order for wood filler/marker at no cost, but apparently that takes weeks to get as well. I think that transaction took place the third week in April. I have less leverage now because I have already paid in full for my cabinets. The cabinet frames were cracking when screwing the glider bars for my drawers. I am so disappointed in the quality of my cabinets and the customer service we have received so far. They need to seriously improve their quality control and quality of the product. I understand that might a little harder since the cabinets are manufactured in China, but I have paid about $6700k in cash for these cabinets and quite frankly I want my money back. Every opportunity I get to tell someone about my experience I will. I do not want anybody spending their hard earned money like this and having to deal with this nonsense. I cannot believe Bob Vila is even associating himself with this product. This is not a direct attack on the sales person, but rather the product and customer service department. 6/20/2017 - I am still waiting for wood filler/marker to come in. Nothing yet.
