  My wife and I have been taking our rugs to Harb's since we arrived in St. Augustine in 2003. Back then. they were located at Jax Beach. Mr. Harb has always provided us with expert advice regarding our Orientals; and, he has always been very fair in the cost of cleaning our large and small rugs. He has repaired 4 rugs that I inherited from my parents, and has given us appraisals on all the rugs we own for insurance purposes. Customer Service is at the very best whenever we are dealing with Charles. We have purchased a small rug from Harb's, and plan on another purchase for our kitchen within the next few weeks. No other dealer will receive our business, as we have been treated fairly and kindly for almost 15 years.
