  If I could give a minus for today's visit, I would. My husband and I had been in a couple of times and a lovely woman and we were joking about his dad's jeans (B B from 20 years ago) and the current price if " in" jeans. Today, we came in to buy ($168). Walked into the store, stood for many minutes, Nat a sales person in sight. I walked around and saw one with a customer in the right hand side of men's. After a few more minutes, the other customer left and my husband ended up walking over to that section and said that his size was not there. The young salesman went to check out back, came out and said his size was not in.. Pause...no offer to order, check another store, etc. Husband said thanks and let's go to me. I asked him clerk offered to order..no. meanwhile, we are standing looking around and young guy comes over and asks if there was anything else we wanted..I said no, but said to him I was quite surprised that an offer to ordet was not made. Young guy.."your husband just walked away". Wow, no, I'm so sorry, can I get them for you..blah, blah, blah..? Very disappointed. We were both dressed very casually, me in Lululemon, as we were going to Ortho doc after, he, in his older jeans. Could that be why or just poor service? BTW, husband retired VP of a large company, always wore BB shirts, etc.. Forgot to add, there were two other clerk's in back of store, one man, one woman..Where were they for the almost 10 mins we waited? Normally would have walked out after 5 mins from a store like that because of poor service, but I finally talked him in to be "styling"!

  It is rather humorous to me when the employees at Brooks Brothers are unable to offer the same customer service as that of a fast food chain. It is very unfortunate that I will not be bringing my business to such a charade. If this business is expected to thrive or become profitable then I suggest the employees and management have a small chat. Otherwise their quick judgments will quickly ruin this specific Brooks Brothers reputation. -Alec Octave Smith
