  Service manager explained that his shop is mostly by appointment, but would take a look at my vehicle. Had my vehicle towed there and he said he would take a look at it the following day. Two days later, I contacted him (no call from them to update me)...his response was "I don't know what's wrong with your vehicle, and I don't have time to spend all day working on just your vehicle." I was in shock...unless I left it there for several days until he got to it, he couldn't do anything for me. So, if your vehicle is not showing a obvious fault code, then this shop can't fix it. I went home in disgust...surfed the internet to see if I could fix it. Within 1 hour of research, I found the problem...a 5 dollar fix. Had to pay Bayard Center 78 dollars to tell me he could not find the problem...avoid this place if it is not an obvious problem or don't need your vehicle quickly.
