I do not know why, but every time I visit this store, I get the worst possible service. Whether I am being served by a teenager; who knows nothing, or by a seasoned professional, their attitude and & holier than out tone is primary. It is as if they are trained to treat their customers badly. Regardless of whether I am dressed in a business suit, or in shorts and t-shirt, the service has always been terrible. Particular mention goes to a manager named Sarah who displayed superstar levels of rudeness. I was simply asking her questions about the clothing and she clearly did not want to be bothered. She was too busy texting and laughing with another coworker. I expect better customer service from a store that charges $100 for a pair of yoga pants. Stick to Nordstrom. They have better quality and customer service. ALSO, after only 5 or so wears a few of my Athleta items broke. Definitely not worth the price with the lack of durability! Avoid avoid avoid.

I walked in the St. John's location for the first time today to take a closer look at some leggings I liked on the window display.I walked in and a few minutes passed. I was thinking of trying the pants on and then I realized nobody greeted me. I went to the back to look at the sale rack and walked back to the pants I was thinking of buying and the sales person walked by and looked the other way as if I wasn't there. I then waited for the cashiers to finish their transactions one looked at me and didn't say anything. I then got a little upset. I overheard blonde female in her 20s telling a customer she was the manager. The manager or other staff NEVER acknowledged me. It was unbelievably. I'm Hispanic by the way. I don't know if this has anything to do with that but it appeared this way to me. They greeted other white Americans. I will never go back to this place.
