  I wanted to buy , iPhone 8 Plus . I tried to use my credit cards , I don’t know why I used three of them, they all got declined. I didn’t say nothing, I paid cash , register girl told me , I have to wait for manager. I said why am I waiting for manager? I paid cash you gave me my remaining balance. Why are you holding me for no reason. I had to wait 10 minutes for manager, finally he showed up with an attitude. I’m the one who have to make complain but he was the one he made complain , so sorry manager , I didn’t know apple manager was unreachable

  They are extremely organized and my visit was seamless! Make sure you make an appointment. They are the only one in jax so you are guaranteed to be on a wait list if you don’t have an appointment. Went in on my scheduled appointment time, was checked in and seen within a couple of minutes. My daughters iPhone 7 was reading no service. Did all the typical back up and update/restore with no success at home. Naomi tried the same in store with no success, she assisted in exchanging my phone under warranty. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Everyone was so nice, loved the positive energy in that place! Keep up the great work Apple! Naomi needs a raise!!! Truly an asset to the company!
