tl;dr - Don't have your hopes too high for excellent service or product. A few years ago I purchased some furniture from here and through normal wear and tear the dining room table and all the chairs fell apart. Strike 1. When I visited their store recently I found several of the chairs on display rickety. So first of all I'd highly recommend their 5 year warranty, as I think at least some of their products are constructed poorly. Recently my roommate and I purchased a replacement dining room set (with the warranty) and a coffee table set. Initially they charged my credit card an extra $50 but took it off once they realized their mistake. Strike 2. Come delivery day they called saying they had broke the coffee table and that I'd need to come to the store to pick out a replacement since they didn't have any in stock. Strike 3. I called them back and Biff answered. I explained to him the situation and asked how much of a discount I could receive on a replacement and he didn't directly answer my question. The third time I asked he finally said he couldn't give me an answer on how much of a discount; I'd have to come in to the store. I asked if there was definitely a discount and he said "Yeah..." but the rest of his sentence went off topic didn't affirm my question. He was dodging my questions. Strike 4. I got to the store with my roommate and we picked out a table that was $298. We asked for it to be $198 to make up for their delivery blunder. The associate said he'd ask his manager. They agreed. When we were finalizing we find out it's $248 (apparently the associate misheard, but that's Strike 5). We opted for a refund instead and thankfully no problems after that. It was probably a series of unintentional blunders on their part, but that many warrants a blunt review to warn other potential customers.
