  Just had them come get my Television ps4 and equipment we have had the items for at least 8 months and they always excepted bi-weekly payments until today. When I called I was told by very rude woman named Amanda that we owed 132.79$ today to keep my acct open. Which is more than we really have. I told her that I had to leave my job due to my daughter being hosptialized due to the flu she gave me a very fake and unpleasent I'm sorry and went on too say we owed them 132.79 which is almost double the amount of the agreement we sign up for. We worked with the Normandy location last year and never had this problem. I will admit to being late before but we never got so behind to oweing even a whole months payment at once let alone 132.79 anyway needless to say we will never be working with this company again not worth the double price we end up paying. Sahar at the Normandy location is a great Manager and knows how to take care of customers. These two ylund ladies Cora and Amanda are extremly rude and shallow. Never working with Aarons again
